We are currently experiencing a system fault and, although you can connect to the system, it is asking for your PIN/account number but then not accepting it.the access number is ringing engaged (No service available). The upstream suppliers are working on it and normal service will resume as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies.

We have (again) had to delay the release of our Softphone. The supplier that we were using has proved to be too unreliable and we are not prepared to inconvenience our customers by issuing something which may not work. Please accept our apologies. We will try to do it another way.
